I am a full time, qualified Veterinary Nurse working as the Head Nurse at Filham Park Veterinary Clinic. I have been working for the practice since July 1996 and qualified in 2000 after attending the Student Veterinary Nursing Course at Bicton College of Agriculture near Exeter. At work I enjoy all aspects of my job because duties vary on a daily basis. I love intensive nursing of patients because I am a very caring person and get a lot of pleasure from seeing a patient recovering well from an illness or injury. I also enjoy equine work, theatre nursing, laboratory work and nursing clinics. In the future I hope to attend an Equine Nursing Course. In my spare time I enjoy walking my Jack Russell Terrier 'Milly', horse riding, shopping and spending time with my fiancé Mark and friends.
